We are open on Monday to Thursday from 7:30am—3:30pm.

Fridays are our office improvement days, where we optimize practices, develop staff and maintain and update our office equipment. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Dr. Claudia Courchesne

Born in Nicolet, Quebec, Dr. Courchesne graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Laval University in 2001. She is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, l'Ordre des Dentistes du Quebec, the Ottawa Dental Society, The Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Courchesne has been licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.


Dr. Courchesne also has a voracious appetite for learning and annually attends dental conferences in Vancouver and Toronto. She will be finishing advanced studies in dentistry at The Pankey Institute in 2009. She is a member of three Study Clubs in Ottawa.

It was the beauty of the city and active lifestyle that drew Dr. Courchesne and her husband Dan, to relocate and settle in Ottawa. She has visited numerous countries in South America, Asia, and Europe. Combining her love of dentistry with her love of travel, Dr. Courchesne annually participates in dental missions to provide free dental care to underprivileged children and adults in developing countries.

Dr. Marielle Pariseau

Dr. Pariseau obtained her Dental degree from Université de Montréal in 1975, graduating with honours. She was on staff at Montréal's Ste Justine Hospital for children and has taught at Université de Montréal’s Dental Faculty. She is a member of The Royal College of Dental Surgeons, The Canadian and Ontario Dental Associations, The Ottawa Dental Society, The Dental Specialists Study Club and The Ottawa Dawson Pankey Study Club. She has contributed to the fund for the new Ottawa Hospital Dental Clinic by donating her time for selected dental services.


In pursuit of excellence, Dr. Pariseau has taken all of the core continuums as well as other focus courses on occlusion and esthetics at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. She has recently stepped into the role of mentor to other dentists. In 2007, Marielle began to write. She also joined the Leadership and Legacy Workshops held in Washington State every year and has been an active participant since. The same year she co-founded, with Eileen Peers, The Ottawa Women Dentists Study Club.

In her leisure time, Dr. Pariseau loves dancing, hiking, kayaking, skiing and traveling with her husband Hans. She is a Level I coach (equestrian) with a passion for training animals of all kinds. She is currently facing her biggest challenge: training Maggie, a high-energy rescued mutt, to one day compete in Agility Trials.

Carol

Carol started out her dental career in 1991 as a dental assistant and later graduated with honours from the dental hygiene program at Algonquin College. A people person, she gets great satisfaction from connecting with her patients sharing stories all the while providing them with the best possible oral hygiene care. She enjoys the relaxed and professional atmosphere of the office and the smiling faces of her co-workers.


Carol is very proud of her talented husband Phil and two beautiful children, Emily and Malcolm. Her spare time is spent making sterling silver and semi-precious gemstone jewellery, taking Tae Kwon Do classes with Emily and singing, whether anyone is listening or not!

Jennifer

Certified Dental Assistant Jennifer utilizes her 30+ years in dentistry to administer reception duties for the office. Although setting out at Carleton University to become a CA, Jennifer says she came to her senses and switched to dentistry to enjoy a more interesting and people oriented profession. Jennifer finds her colleagues and the patients, who are both a real pleasure to work with, to be the most satisfying thing about her position.


Jennifer married her high school sweetheart, Alton and has two wonderful daughters, Jessica and Joelle. Jennifer holds a black belt in Aikido and enjoys reading, gardening, travel, exercise and Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging).

After graduating from Algonquin College, Lisa worked as a Dental Assistant for several years before she made the jump to dental receptionist. Lisa is enjoying her variety of duties in the office as well as the friendly atmosphere, with both co-workers and patients.

Outside of the office Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband John and their two sons, Sam and Owen.

Marla

Marla graduated in Dental Assisting in 1991, from Shadd Academy in Montreal. She then moved to Vancouver to pursue her dental career. Marla also started her family, while living out west. She and her husband, Paul, now have two active and fun sons, Parker and Hayden.

Marla likes to practice yoga, listen to music and spend time with family and friends.
